Michael is the Co-Founder of ReF.Team, and has over 20 years of experience in multinational engagements, this includes entrepreneurship, management, innovation, digital transformation, Agile processes, and software engineering. Michael has mentored over 120 startups in Southeast Asia and engaged in Smart City innovation research.

Before co-founding Ref.Team, Michael has worked as a lecturer and consultant in Southeast Asia. He also is involved as Ph.D. candidate with Thammasat University in Thailand, where he is researching in Smart City innovation. He has a long career in software engineering and technology consulting, with companies like Pitney Bowes, Motorola, and Accenture.
