I am passionate about education and teaching, with over 20 years of experience in tertiary teaching and development. My favorite subjects include design thinking, user experience, and agile development, all of which emphasize innovation and creative thinking.
My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that every person and team is unique and capable of achieving great results. I collaborate with my clients to help them to create realistic and actionable plans for moving forward. I am dedicated to empowering people to discover their options and make positive changes.

In his spare time, Petteri is training for the next trail running race, or doing some home DIY projects.
Petteri has over 20 years of experience in teaching, researching, and consulting on digital products innovation, development and management. He is a university lecturer of innovation, design thinking, product development and software engineering.
Petteri has worked with various organisations and industries to help them design, implement, and evaluate their digital products and services. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise with students and professionals who want to learn and improve their innovation, product development, team work, or information security management skills.
In addition, Petteri is a certified professional coach, certified agile facilitator and coach, and holds a master’s degree in computer science and certificates in adult education and design thinking.
